Refund policy

Light by Blayne — Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Light by Blayne candle.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused and unburned candles within 30 days of delivery.

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at
blayne@lightbyblayne.com with your order number.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Candles must be unused and unburned

  • Items must be returned in their original condition

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Because our candles are personal-use products, we are unable to accept returns on candles that have been burned or used.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your candle arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Photos of damaged items may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an unused candle for a different scent, please contact us and we will help arrange the exchange based on availability.
